Empowerment Programmes

Six ways in, one goal: real opportunity

Every programme is built with the young people who take part in it — practical, mentor-backed, and designed to lead somewhere.

Electronics Repair Training

Hands-on, workshop-based training in diagnosing and repairing household electronics — a practical trade skill young people can turn into income straight away.

Digital Skills Development

Core computer literacy, internet and productivity tools, and the digital confidence today's job market expects as standard.

Sports Engagement

Structured, safe sporting activities that build discipline, teamwork and physical wellbeing across the community.

Arts & Culture, incl. Podcast

Creative expression through music, visual art and performance — plus our own podcast, giving young voices a platform and a mic.

Mentorship Programme

Paired guidance from experienced mentors, focused on career direction, confidence and personal growth.

Entrepreneurship Exposure

Business fundamentals, innovative thinking and exposure to entrepreneurs — planting the seeds for youth-led enterprise.

How Programmes Run

Cohort-based, mentor-backed, community-checked

Programmes run in cohorts so participants learn alongside peers, with trained facilitators and mentors guiding progress. Outcomes are tracked and reported back to our board and funders as part of our commitment to accountability.

Who It's For

Young people from Zola and greater Johannesburg

Our programmes are open to youth in and around our community. Space in each cohort is limited — reach out to find out what's currently enrolling.
